Nine Ten Sports Camps

We combine the best sports and activities to create a Multi-Skill programme for 6-13 year olds. Children are grouped by age to enjoy games and activities, specifically chosen to develop fundamental skills whilst giving them the chance to try new sports, make friends and build confidence!

Current statistics published by the Association for Young People’s Health 2021 highlights the worrying health and wellbeing issues facing young people in the UK;

  • 1 in 8 young people eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day

  • People aged between 16 – 20 are the age group most likely to be diagnosed with asthma

  • The likelihood of experiencing a mental disorder is highest in boys between 11 – 16 and girls between 17 - 19 years of age

  • Less than half of female 10–16-year-olds achieve the recommended levels of an hour a day.

Working alongside headteachers in South Wales, we have developed a programme to help both pupils and teachers improve their health and wellbeing understanding and improve their sports provisions in schools.
