    Evan has spent 5 years playing professional rugby for the Dragons in South Wales and has represented Wales at U18 and U19 level.

    Coming through his home regions pathway, Evan has first hand knowledge of the route to professional sport for up and coming athletes. Evan has completed his Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University and is keen to pass on his knowledge to others on their sport journey.

  • Jonathan Evans

    CO-FOUNDER

    Jonathan has over a decade of experience playing professional rugby for both the Dragons and the Scarlets in Wales, as well as experience representing Bath in the English Premiership. He has also represented Wales at U18 and U20 level.

    A product of the Dragons Academy, Jonathan became the youngest player to represent a Welsh region in 2010, achieving 87 caps for the Dragons, 11 caps for Bath and 51 caps for the Scarlets, as well as lifting the Pro 12 League trophy in 2017.

    Following the completion of his Sports Management degree in USW and a Post Graduate degree in Personal Development Coaching, Jonathan understands the importance of a well rounded athlete and looks forward to helping up and coming athletes develop both on and off the field.

  • Morgan Lloyd

    Coach

    Morgan is a professional rugby player for the Dragons and is a part of their senior academy. He represented Wales U20’s during the 2022 Six nations and Junior Championships in Italy .

    Morgan is currently studying (SCRAM) strength, conditioning, rehabilitation and massage at Cardiff Metropolitan University and has a huge amount of first hand and academic knowledge of the demands of professional sport.

    “Sport is a great tool to test who you really are when times get tough. But it can also be the most enjoyable thing you can do. I want to help people enjoy sport again and look forward to training with their clubs as well as playing on the weekends”
